Q.Do you think I should socialize a lot? I'm coming to a new school in a different country from mine, I speak english fluently but I am ver very very shy. pick a hobby or a sport you really like
get on with it, even if other's think you weird
they will come to you
and if you get fed up or lonely, you can always keep a diary..

Q.Dear Stuart,
I am writing to you about your Write About Love project which has now closed. You see, I had every intention to go out last weekend and then I had a crash on my scooter. The weekend was kind of ruined. So today was the day to do it and I have been so busy in work this week that today when I went to the website to double check details, my heart sank because the end of august closing date had now passed!
Anyway because I had been looking forward to it, I did it anyway. And so my honey and I went and took lots and lots of photos out and about in Dublin (including one of the Phil Lynott statue off Grafton Street.)
I was hoping I could still send some of them through to you because I know I can no longer upload them to flicker. I respect that the competition is closed, but we had the best day taking the photos and would love to be a part of it and show you some!
Let me know if this is okay and how I can attach them/send them. Hopefully you haven't got hundreds of these type of mails!

i have had quite a few emails to this end, and while i realise it's not much fun to miss the deadline, i had to draw the line, because i had music to attend to. i really must pick the winners and draw the competition to a conclusion. i've had a great time looking at them all, but it does take up a lot of time

first of all, I'm very happy that you liked my pictures!
And now I'm going to ask for a favour:
we did a last action day yesterday for the competition, assuming, that the deadline was MIDNIGHT, and I quite rushed to get the pictures up in time.
For me it's actually not about winning anymore (don't misunderstand me, still would be nice ;) ), I had so much fun doing this.
But the others, who took the day to realize their and my final ideas, will be quite devastated.
So, pretty please, do a last round of including pictures that have a flickr date for the 25th :)

actually, we're having a temporary difficulty, where 100 or so pictures aren't appearing to the public, but we're trying to remedy it!

worked it out, it appears that you have to make the distinction between letting your picture be open to the public, or flickr members, so to see ALL 450 pics, you need to be signed into flickr..

A. it would have to be pretty distasteful.. i'm putting most of the images up, just trying to avoid too many repeats, we're finishing on wednesday. i'm going to spend my birthday picking the best ones!
